Can foreign nationals get IVF in India?
Yes. Foreign couples can access IVF and related ART treatment in India on a medical visa, within the framework of the ART (Regulation) Act 2021. Age and other eligibility criteria apply — we screen these first, at no cost.
Is surrogacy available for international patients?
No. Surrogacy for foreign nationals is not permitted under Indian law, and Medvis does not facilitate it. If this is what you need, we will tell you honestly rather than waste your time.
How long do we need to stay in Hyderabad?
A typical IVF cycle needs around 3–4 weeks in India, or it can be planned as two shorter trips. We build the exact calendar with you and the treating specialist before you book travel.
